Initial call

In our initial call, we’ll get to know each other and our expectations. You’ll meet one of our managing partners, each with over 15 years of industry experience.

The initial call helps us determine if we can work together based on these conditions:

• 1. We only work with one partner per industry in a specific geographic area to avoid conflicts of interest and foster long-term partnerships.
• 2. We partner with companies where our expertise can drive significant growth, aiming for over 10x.
• 3. As a small, agile company, we limit our services to five partners at a time to ensure quality and impactful results.
• 4. We seek partnerships with companies that prioritize customer value.

If we agree to move forward, the next step is scheduling the Strategy 3xD. Your managing partner will be your dedicated project manager and main point of contact throughout our collaboration.

Strategy 3xD (Discovery Deep Dive)

Strategy 3xD takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the company, product, and market size. During this phase, you’ll have regular meetings with a managing partner to discuss goals, resources, and outline your product and strategy.

We will need access to your data sources and may suggest new ones. After signing a mutual NDA, we will conduct a quantitative and qualitative analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, user behavior, and company data.

Our team, including product managers, business analysts, and tech leads, will then create a Strategy Package. This package includes product documentation, a roadmap, technical recommendations, and proposed business/product strategies with innovative ideas.

The Strategy Package, crafted regardless of future partnership, is based on your commercial and strategic goals, market analysis, and our aim to grow your business value by at least 10x.

After finalizing Strategy 3xD, you can partner with us for in-house strategic support to implement your product/business strategy.
